People who need serious care are what we saw there. My mother-in-law still looks pretty young and still is fairly spry. We walked in there and it's like people that look like 100 years old. They had plenty of staff and they seemed to be taking very good care of their patients, but that instant nursing home smell hit me. After you've seen other facilities and when you go into a facility like that, it's a letdown.

Best place she could of went super clean as well. Accomodating with the move-in and responsive with repairs. Many activities keep my loved one engaged and vital mentally, socially and physically. Very courteous and respectful dining staff.

They were very good and there were lots of staff, which is amazing; I didn't see that at some of the other facilities. Nursing homes are rated from 1-star to 5-stars with 1-star being the best rating and 5-star being the best rating. For the Health Inspection Rating the nursing homes in each state are ranked based on their weighted three year inspection score. The top 10 percent of nursing homes are awarded a 5-star rating; the bottom 20 percent are awarded a 1-star rating.
